1. Shipping Destinations

Saodimallsu currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We utilize Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) network to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.

(We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as they are not supported by our fulfillment network for specific items.)

2. Order Processing Time

• Handling Time: Please allow 2 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order.

• Order Cut-off: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Example: If you place an order on Friday evening, it will likely be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.

We partner with Amazon Logistics to provide reliable shipping services. The total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Transit Time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

• Since we use Amazon fulfillment, your package may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages In the unlikely event that your package is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@saodimallsu.com. We will work directly with our logistics partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
