We are proud to offer 60-day postage-paid returns to ensure a relaxed and worry-free shopping experience. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at the email provided below. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Please note: If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow the standard return process.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
